All orders are carefully prepared and dispatched from our studio.
- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days unless stated otherwise
- Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors (customs, holidays, courier delays)
Please ensure all shipping details are entered correctly. House of Horizon is not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect information.
Below are presented shipping policy for in stock items. Pre-orders or special orders will be calculated separately.
Shipping by Region:
Israel
- Delivery Time: 1-3 business days
- Shipping Options: Courier delivery to your door or pickup
- Cost: Calculated at checkout / or free above 800 ILS
Orders are delivered Sunday–Thursday (excluding holidays).
Europe:
- Delivery Time: 10-14 business days
- Shipping Method: International courier (tracked)
- Cost: Calculated at checkout
Customs & Duties: Orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes upon arrival. These charges are not included in the purchase price and are the responsibility of the customer.

- If a package is refused or unclaimed, return shipping and handling fees may be deducted from your refund
Failed Delivery
If a delivery attempt fails due to:
- Incorrect address
- unavailability (no one to receive the package)
Additional shipping fees may apply for re-delivery.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit:
- Please contact us within 5 days of delivery
- Include your order number and photos (if applicable)
